This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies to all jewellery purchases made through our website, Lurana Pearl Studio.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. We proudly offer worldwide shipping for all jewellery orders.

All items are subject to product availability, quality control inspection, order verification, and payment authorisation prior to dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing may take longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to supply chain factors.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Origin and Method

All jewellery items are shipped from our trusted overseas fulfilment centres. We use standard international shipping to deliver your order securely and efficiently.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

North America & Europe:10–25 business days

Asia & Other Regions: 7–20 business days

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and destination-specific conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes​

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct any related return shipping and handling fees from the refund amount.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking​

Once your jewelry order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).Tracking information may take several business days to update once a package is in transit internationally.

Risk of Loss and Title

All jewelry is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)basis. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they are in transit. Customers should contact the courier directly for assistance with any delivery claims.

 

Delivery Delays and Force Majeure

We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery; however, we cannot be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

 

Customs inspections or clearance delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No compensation or refund will be provided for delays caused by such events.

 

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Package

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees or may forfeit the order, depending on the situation.
